Singing has always been a passion of mine. From small intimate settings to the big stage, I love performing for any crowd. Between weddings, venues and events I have played at some wonderful spaces and for some amazing people.
It’s always incredible when people allow you to be apart of something special. Singing and performing for the last 10 years has placed me in some truely gifted moments.
Live looping is where I really get lost in the fun. It’s something special to create multiple elements to a song when you’re by yourself. Starting with a guitar then adding bass, drums, vocals and other key features enables my performances to be dynamic and full of life.
GEAR I USE
Creating a full band sound is not easy to do alone. I use some fantastic gear that really helps bring everything together. I use the HX Stomp for all my effects. This small footprint powerhouse gives me everything I need. Bass sounds, overdrive solos or ambient reverbs, it does it all. I then run the Stomp into a HeadRush Looperboard which is my main station. This is a fantastic 4-track looper that lets you route your track specifically for what you’re recording. To get my drum, piano and synth sounds I use the Akai MPC One. Throw this all together with a vocal harmony pedal (my back up singers) and you’ve got a one-man band. If you want to know more about looping and effects, feel free to contact me.
